A historic watercolor on paper of a large 18-light chandelier. The fixture depicted is two-tiered, where the lower tier, in plan, is a 12-sided ring with short straight segments alternating with long concave segments. The upper tier is of a simpler six-pointed star plan. The candle lights rest on each concave segment of the rings. The tiers are joined to each other and to the rest of the fixture with curved rectangular-section bars. the pendant loop at the bottom is echoed by the top loop connected to the suspension chains. In the lower right the intended location is noted as "Alternate Public Space Center". With an embossed stamp from the Beardslee Chandelier MFG Co.
