16-Arm Baroque Bronze Chandelier
Regular price $18,000An antique 16-light chandelier in its warm ruddy original aged cast bronze patina. Each arm keys into the body in a hand-filed and numbered seat, a candle-powered era construction technique, though this fixture from the early 20th C was purpose built for electricity. The body is a series of spheres and narrow waists arrayed in a baluster form and overlaid in places with foliate details. The arms themselves, springing from their lobed receiver plates, are detailed with bas relief ribbing.
