An antique eight-light cut glass chandelier in its original worn silverplate finish. The eight rope twisted arms alternate, dropping low or rising up from the receiver plate, each supporting a lobed waxpan. The central body is made of sphere, urn, and dish elements, cut and dressed in faceted pear drops. Attributed to the E. F. Caldwell company on the strength of the overall quality, fit, and composition, as well as the access-link and the offset wireway in the screw collar loop. Due to the antique nature of this fixture, there may be some nicks or imperfections in the glass.
