A pair of three light wall sconces in their original wonderful aged gold finish. Detailed with foliate, ribbon, and shell castings as well as fruited swags between the twisted, flared arms. Dressed with amethyst and clear crystals. From the family estate of the philanthropist Jane Epstein in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Attributed to the New York maker E. F. Caldwell.
