From the Remains Archive. This fixture was recreated with reference to an original fixture from the clients 1929 Palm Beach estate. The years of weathering in the salt spray had severely corroded the antique fixture to the point where metal became tissue-paper diaphanous. We built the new fixture with a range of methods, from hand-cutting and hammering the oversized leaves to casting small fluer de lis details. Finished with a hand-painted black enamel and glazed with clear glass panels. Our Archive of previous custom projects & historic collection designs is made available to inspire custom concepts for your current projects. These fixtures and their details are examples of what can be made and reproduced by our Brooklyn workshop.
