Hammered Brass Sconce

A large two tiered seven-light sconce. The backplate has a high relief foliate design with a uniformly peened surface. The arms spring from cast brass leaf-detailed armbacks. The arms themselves are detailed with applied cast leaves which end beneath the plain round waxpans and cups.
