Antique Silver and Brass Coach Lanterns

A pair of petite antique automobile lanterns by the Carey McFall Co. with cast brass arms and beveled glass panels. In their original finish of worn nickel plating and black paint, with the underlying solid brass showing through in many areas. The pillowed interior panels are silverplated. A small hinged door allows access for relamping. Originally mounted on curved corner posts of the coach body, now on brass backplates in black paint, matching the original curvature of the arm mounting points. Due to the antique nature of this pair of fixtures, there may be some nicks or imperfections in the glass or variation in form between the pair.
